2019 Mentor Program - applications now open

Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc is now taking application for mentees in our 2019 Mentor Program.

Participating in a mentoring program is recognised as having significant benefits for both the Mentor and Mentee.

Some of the benefits of participating in a mentoring program include:

  • Help with career progression;

  • Improve job satisfaction;

  • Increase motivation;

  • Develop leadership and problem-solving skills;

  • Build confidence and self-esteem;

  • Provide regular constructive feedback; and

  • Widen networking circles.

The aim of the 2019 Mentoring Program is to link members of Women in Business with successful Riverina women in order to engage in a one-to-one mentoring relationship to provide personal and career growth and development.

Only current financial members of Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc are eligible to apply for the 2019 Mentor Program.

Thank you to our mentors for finding time in their busy lives to participate in this valuable program for our members.  The feedback from last year's program has been very positive, with both mentees and mentors experiencing a range of benefits from participating in the program.

Applications for the 2019 Mentor Program close at midnight on Sunday 9th December 2018, with successful applicants notified week commencing 17th December 2018.
