As a Pilates instructor I love seeing people’s faith in their own body restored. I believe Pilates can be for every BODY and I find great joy in helping people achieve their goals for their body. 
I discovered Pilates during my dance degree after I sustained a significant injury. It was the only treatment that had long term success in my rehabilitation journey. It didn’t take long to fall in love with Pilates. 

I later undertook training to become a qualified instructor and after working in the industry for two years in Sydney, I moved to Wagga and opened my open studio. I love Wagga and its people and thoroughly enjoy the many people I get to work with. I consider it a privilege that they allow me to take their Pilates journey with them.
