Dana Brennan-Bryon is an experienced team member and leader working in the head office of COMPACT Incorporated. For the last two years Dana has been the Program Lead at the local NFP, with her portfolio including team leadership, programs and marketing.

Having started at COMPACT in 2016 as as a Business Trainee, Dana has worked up the ranks in the organisation and now leads the close-knit team of 10 alongside COMPACT's EO and People & Culture Manager.

A believer in life-long learning, Dana has spent five years at Charles Sturt University completing a double Bachelor's degree in Arts and Teaching (Secondary), a further nine months completing a Certificate III in Business as part of her traineeship and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys exploring local towns and supporting local businesses, lives with her husband Brad and their three dogs, and is a second dan black belt and branch instructor at Shim Jang Taekwondo Riverina instructing a class of 20 students.
