Courtney specialises in civil litigation and practices in the areas of commercial litigation including commercial and contract disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence actions as well as personal injury litigation including public liability, motor vehicle accident claims and medical negligence.

She represents litigants in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, The Court of Appeal, Federal Court and the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT).

Courtney also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and encourages her clients to participate in and use the benefits of mediation and negotiation where appropriate.

Courtney is a dedicated, empathetic and passionate lawyer who grew up in Wagga and enjoys being part of the local community. She is a member of The Law Society of NSW and Secretary of the Wagga Wagga Women in Business.
